Vibely — Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Vibely is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, and any activity that endangers minors. We investigate reports promptly, remove violating content, permanently ban offending accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

This page is our published standard against CSAE, as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services immediately, before contacting Vibely.

1. Vibely is an 18+ service

Vibely is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or use a Vibely account.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it and delete the associated data. If we reasonably suspect that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may ask for confirmation of age and suspend the account pending review.

2. What is prohibited

The following are prohibited on Vibely without exception, and are grounds for immediate and permanent removal:

These prohibitions apply to every surface of the app: profiles, events, group chats, and usernames alike. They are additional to, and independent of, the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service §4.

3. Reporting CSAE in the app

Every user profile, event, and chat message in Vibely can be reported from inside the app. Open the item, choose Report, and pick a reason. You can block the user at the same time from the same screen. No account, form, or email is needed to report something you can see.

You can also report to us directly at spacevibely@gmail.com at any time, including anonymously and including about content you cannot reach in the app.

Reports of child safety concerns are prioritised above all other report categories.

4. What happens to a report

5. Reporting to authorities

Where required by applicable law, or where we determine that content appears to involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, we report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Depending on where the content and the people involved are located, that includes:

We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement relating to child safety.

6. Point of contact

The designated point of contact for child safety matters, including CSAM prevention practices and compliance, is:

spacevibely@gmail.com

This contact point is monitored for child safety reports and compliance inquiries. It is the same address published throughout our Support page and in the app under Profile → Legal & support. Child safety correspondence is answered ahead of other categories.

7. Keeping this standard current

We review this standard when our features change, when the platforms we distribute through update their requirements, and at least annually. Material changes are published here with an updated date at the top of this page.
